Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to Spain, Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Austria, Luxembourg, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden and Andorra. If you are in another country, write to us and we will check whether we can get your order to you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Between 3 and 5 working days, depending on the destination.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Maestro, Bancontact, Wero, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Can I exchange or return my purchase?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return, provided the product is in perfect condition in its original packaging. Write to us and we will arrange the collection. The refund —purchase amount and shipping costs— will be made using the same payment method you used, once we have received the returned goods.
Is my purchase secure?
Yes. Our store is hosted on Shopify, one of the most widely used e-commerce platforms in the world. The connection is secure (HTTPS) and payment is processed directly through Shopify: we never have access to your card details at any point.
How do I know what size I need?
Check our bedding size guide, where you will find the dimensions of duvet covers, bedspreads and sheets for each bed size. If you still have questions, write to us.
Can you adapt the size of a product?
Yes, through our Atelier service we can adjust the measurements of most products. For projects with sufficient volume, we can also create pieces to your own specifications. Write to us and we will work it out together.
